Three Ring Eventing
Three Ring Eventing is an equestrian program owned and operated by Lauren Romanelli, built around thoughtful horsemanship, continuing education, and helping horses and riders reach their full potential while genuinely enjoying the journey along the way.
At the heart of Lauren’s program is the belief that the horse always comes first. Every horse and rider is unique, and successful training begins with understanding their individual needs, building confidence, and creating a strong foundation for continued growth. Lauren has a particular passion for developing young horses and enjoys bringing them along thoughtfully, helping them gain the skills, confidence, and understanding they need to progress through the levels.
With experience producing multiple horses through the upper levels of eventing and competing in dressage through PSG, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to her students. She is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist and has successfully coached numerous riders through the Training and Modified levels.
Education is a cornerstone of Three Ring Eventing. Lauren remains dedicated to expanding her own knowledge as a rider, trainer, and coach, continually learning from other professionals and bringing new ideas, techniques, and perspectives back into her program. Her involvement as a cofounder and board member of MTEA, participation on USEA committees, and role as a co-organizer of the Educational Three Day reflect her commitment to supporting education and growth throughout the eventing community.
Lessons and training are tailored to each horse and rider, with an emphasis on developing thoughtful, confident, and educated equestrians. Lauren strives to help students understand not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it—creating riders who can make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and build genuine partnerships with their horses.
Whether you are bringing along a young horse, working toward your next level, returning to the sport, or simply looking to become a more confident and capable rider, Three Ring Eventing offers a supportive environment where learning is encouraged and progress is celebrated.
Above all, Lauren believes that training should be both meaningful and enjoyable. Riders are encouraged to set goals, work hard, ask questions, embrace challenges, and remember the joy that brought them to horses in the first place.
