Single Session Barn Hunt is a beginner-friendly class allowing handlers and dogs of all levels the opportunity to practice their ratting skills! Each dog and handler will have 3 rounds in the hunt ring per class. Classes will alternate weekly, with a Monday class one week followed by a Saturday class the next week. Sign up for one, or go all out and come to every session, these drop-in style classes are perfect for the busy spring/summer season!

Class Details:

Location: Triple Star Stables
• Duration: 90-120 min per session

• Class Size: Limited to 6 students

Handlers must be 14 years of age or older to participate in our training classes. Any handlers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Due to the advanced planning needed to set up for these classes, no refunds will be available.

Terms & Conditions – Basic Obedience Training Class

1. Registration & Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

• Payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by us.

2. Attendance & Scheduling

• Classes start and end on time. Please arrive a few minutes early.

• Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Dog Health & Safety

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella recommended).

• Dogs showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea) should not attend class.

4. Handler Responsibility

• Handlers are responsible for their dog’s behavior and must keep their dog leashed at all times.

Children 14+ are welcome in the class but must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years of age.

5. Liability Waiver

• Participation in dog training is at your own risk.

• By enrolling, you agree that Triple Star Stables and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your dog, or your property.

6. Training Tools & Homework

• Approved collars, leashes, and treats are required. (No retractable leashes, please.)

• Success depends on practice outside of class — homework will be assigned to do at home.

7. Photography/Media (Optional)

• We may take photos or videos during class for training or promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be included.
